What is spiritual direction?
Spiritual direction is a spiritual formation practice that offers a safe space to pay attention to your soul, ask questions, make sense of your faith journey, and discern God's presence and voice in your life.
As a Spiritual Director, I offer guidance and companionship that is uniquely fitted to you that allows you to deepen your relationship with God. Together, we will attend to your spiritual formation, pay attention to the invitations of the Spirit, and seek to respond to God's loving presence.
The primary agenda in spiritual direction is for you to deepen your relationship with God, and in the Divine presence become more fully who you're created to be.
My training and ongoing learning as a Spiritual Director includes certification with NewWay Ministries School of Spiritual Direction, certification as an Enneagram coach, meeting with my spiritual director, involvement with various spiritual direction communities including Spiritual Directors of Color Network, Spiritual Directors International, and Spiritual Directors Hawaii.
