What is spiritual formation and soul care coaching?
Spiritual formation and soul care coaching is a process of working together to cultivate your spiritual wellness. This is a dynamic and personal process between you and me. I provide guidance and tools that help you clarify and set your growth goals, and together we create a tailored plan of action. As we journey together, we’ll revise and adapt the plan as needed—there’s no formula or one-size-fits-all approach.
In my coaching, I draw upon my training as a spiritual director and certified Enneagram coach, along with 20 years of experience in one-on-one discipleship and spiritual formation. My goal is to empower you to discern your unique next steps in growth with God, taking into account your personality, passions, areas for growth, longings, and current season of life.
