A bit about me
I love to create space for people to encounter God. Currently, I co-lead a movement of missional communities and creative expressions of church on Oahu with my husband, Steve. I serve on the leadership team of Bluewater Mission in Honolulu, and am a trained spiritual director for leaders and missionaries.
Other things that I love: reading stories with my kids, baking granola and bread, drinking Old Vine Zinfandel, and using the Bullet Journal to get all the life stuff done.
I believe in the power of storytelling. You can find my writing in these places:
- Spiritual Journey blog - spiritual formation resources
- The Larissa Monologues - my rarely-updated personal blog (mostly about family, life, and food)
- The Huffington Post
- 100 Days of Memoirs - in 2015 I wrote a short memoir for 100 consecutive days
- The Junia Project - a guest post titled "My Journey as a Female Preacher"
